We would like to inform our entire distinguished guest to have a time to read and understand the conditions of booking prepared for the tour and trekking programs with Troika Nepal Tours. We would also like you to be clear about all the facilities and programs given to you as per the itinerary.

1. Our Contact
All bookings are made with Troika Nepal Tours and Travel Nepal Pvt. Ltd. By booking a trip with us you are happy to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

2. Deposit Requirement
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of USD 250 for your booking to be confirmed (please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips above 8000m).Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

3. Guest Details
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements

4. Late Bookings
For any bookings or additional services accepted within 30 days of departure, you must send the full payment within 7 days of confirmation by us.

5. Tour Cancellation Policy
• All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
• Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
• 30 days before trip departure 25% of total trip cost.
• 15 days before trip departure 50% of total trip cost.
• There after no refund will be made

Different fees may apply to airline tickets depending on the carrier being used. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

6. Risk and Liabilities
• We always effort to make your journey smooth and pleasant. Troika Nepal Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for any alternation or cancellation of program due to any unavoidable circumstances beyond control such as road blockade, landslide, and snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, helicopter mechanical reason, delay arrival, sickness or accident. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot.

• We highly advised to the clients to have full insurance against evacuation, personal medical, lost or damage baggage and trip cancellation.

• Troika Nepal Tours and Travels have right to cancel the trip.

• In case of the journey broken of early return upon client's own wish or causes, Troika Nepal shall not be liable to any refund of the days not utilized. Clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary.
